Contact system
专利摘要:
An electric switch having contact elements designed in the form of contact pins is disclosed. Contact pins and flat springs are arranged in units, each unit having a contact pin and an associated flat spring, and each unit extending in the make/break direction of the switch. Each contact pin-flat spring unit is held between a contact carrier and a cage. The cage may be held in place by outer ends of the flat springs. A tubular conductor or a contact blade can be used as a mating contact. The mating contact is in electrical connection with the contact pins when the switch is in the make position. The individual contact elements can be easily replaced, and a standard design contact element can be used in switches of various sizes and types. A switch according to the present invention is particularly suitable for use with large surge currents.
2. A contact system according to claim 1, characterized in that it is provided with additional contact elements, also elongated in the direction of movement of the movable contact and installed on the contact holder symmetrically with the main contact elements. The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical switching devices. A known contact system comprising a moving pin in the form of a rod and a fixed contact consisting of contact fingers, each of which is spring loaded by a separate flat spring, circumferentially circumferentially rotated in the recess of the contact holder, each flat spring resting on one end of the flat spring on the contact holder support element l. G The disadvantage of this contact system lies in its large dimensions in the plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of the movable contact. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the dimensions of the contact system by reducing the size of the fixed contact in a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of the moving contact. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a contact system containing a movable contact in the form of a rod and a stationary contact consisting of contact fingers, each of which is spring loaded by a separate flat spring and which are arranged around the circumference with the possibility of limited rotation in the recess of the contact holder, each flat, spring one end rests on a supporting element located on the contact holder, each flat spring with the other end rests on a contact pin — so that they form a contact element The NT is elongated in the direction of movement of the movable contact, and the supporting element is made in the form of a cage with clamping rings. The contact system can be equipped with additional contact elements, also elongated in the direction of movement of the movable Contact and mounted symmetrically on the contact holder main contact elements. FIG. 1 shows an example of a contact system with the location of the contact element on the outer surface of the contact holder; in fig. 2 shows an example of a contact system; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 - contact system with contact elements inside the contact holder; in fig. 5 and 6 - the same, with additional contact elements. The contact system comprises a fixed contact consisting of contact fingers 1 with a notch 2 in which one end of the flat spring 3 is fixed. The contact fingers 1 with their surface 4 are in contact with contact holder 5 and surfaces 6 are working, i.e. contact is made with a movable contact in the form of a tube 7. The flat springs 3 are arranged in a supporting element in the form of a cylinder 8 with a notch 9, the outer part 10 of which supports the flat springs 3. The contact holder 5 is made with an annular notch 11 in which contact fingers are installed limited turning at one end. The other ends of the flat springs 3 rest on the cylinder 8, which is thus securely fixed and can compensate for the misaligned position of the tube 7. The outer conical surface of the outer part IO of the cylinder 8 serves to center the tube 7. In the holes 12 of the contact holder 5 there are fastening the screws 13 that connect the contact holder 5 to the current lead (fie gE) is shown, the contact holder 5 can be provided with a housing 14 which shields the tube 7 and partially contact fingers I. The hole 15 in the housing 14 is intended for free the passage of the tube 7. It is advisable to perform the contact holder of copper, the contact fingers from solid electrolytic copper, flat springs from spring steel and the cylinder from glass fiber polyamide. FIG. Figure 2 shows a simplified embodiment of the contact system. The supporting element is the outer 10 cells. "The contact fingers I are in the grooves 9 of part 10, with a notch .9 adjacent to the surface of the contact holder 5. One end of the flat spring 3 is clamped in the narrow notch 2 in the contact finger and the other end directly rests on contact holder 5. The entire system is fixed on the cylindrical contact holder 5 by means of clamping rings 16, which are located in shallow recesses. The contact fingers 1 are distributed in groups of three and are located around the circumference of the contact holder 5 (FIG. 3). FIG. 4 shows a variant in which the contact fingers 1 with flat Zigrins 3 and cylinder 8 are located in the inner part of the cylindrical contact holder 5. The contact holder 5 is connected to the conductor part 17 by means of fixing screws 644 13. The tube 7 is shown in the on position. According to FIG. 5, two rows of contact fingers 1 are arranged symmetrically on the contact holder. The form of the contact elements corresponds to FIG. 1. The cream screws 13 connect the contact holder 5 to a conductor (not shown). Instead of the shown contact-holder with fixing screws 13, an annular or cylindrical contact-holder can also be used, which is shorter than the axial length of both contact elements. This symmetrical device allows the tube to be installed on both sides and can serve as a cohesive conductive tube. FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of a contact system with a movable contact in the form of a flat blade 18. Two cylinders 8 are connected by means of fastenings in the form of a dovetail 19 with plate contact holders 20. The contact fingers 1 rest on stepwise elevations 21 of the contact holder 20. The flat springs 3 are fixed as in fig. 2. Such an implementation of contact elements (contact fingers and flat springs) will allow, in addition to reducing the dimensions of the contact system, to simplify the replacement of broken individual contact elements.
